Understanding our service agreement and your rights as a client

These Terms of Service govern your use of Druzzinted's website and financial advisory services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Druzzinted

Druzzinted is a trading name of Druzzinted Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. We are authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to provide financial advice and arrange investments.

2. Our Services

We provide the following regulated financial services:

All advice is provided on an independent basis, meaning we consider products from across the whole market to find the most suitable solutions for your needs.

3. Client Agreement Process

Our advisory relationship begins with:

  1. Initial consultation to understand your needs
  2. Completion of our client agreement and risk assessment
  3. Provision of our terms of business document
  4. Development of your personalized financial strategy
  5. Implementation of agreed recommendations
  6. Ongoing monitoring and review

4. Fees and Charges

Our fees are transparent and agreed in advance:

Initial Advice Fees

  • Free initial consultation (up to 1 hour)
  • Comprehensive financial planning: £150-£300 per hour
  • Fixed-fee arrangements available for specific projects

Ongoing Service Fees

  • Portfolio management: 0.5% - 1.5% per annum
  • Regular review meetings: £200 per meeting
  • Ad-hoc advice: £250 per hour

All fees are clearly disclosed before any work begins. We do not receive commissions from product providers, ensuring our advice remains independent.

5. Your Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your financial situation
  • Inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances
  • Read all documentation we provide carefully
  • Pay agreed fees promptly
  • Make your own decisions based on our advice
  • Comply with any regulatory requirements that apply to you

6. Risk Warnings

Investment involves risk, and you should be aware that:

  • The value of investments can go down as well as up
  • You may not get back the amount you originally invested
  • Past performance is not a guide to future performance
  • Tax treatment can change and depends on individual circumstances
  • Inflation may reduce the real value of your investments over time

7. Complaints Process

If you have a complaint about our services:

  1. Contact us immediately to discuss the issue
  2. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days
  3. We aim to resolve complaints within 8 weeks
  4. If unsatisfied, you may refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service

8. Compensation Arrangements

We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Most clients are entitled to compensation of up to £85,000 for investment business and up to £85,000 for deposits if we are unable to meet our obligations. Further information is available from the FSCS at www.fscs.org.uk.

9. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation. We may need to share your information with product providers and other parties to provide our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate our agreement by giving 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

  • You remain responsible for any fees due up to the termination date
  • We will assist with the transfer of your investments to another provider
  • We will retain your records in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Confidentiality obligations continue to apply

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount of professional indemnity insurance we maintain (minimum £1 million). We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, except where prohibited by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.
